Bunny. A mobile AI coach I'm building

Problem

Fitness apps either keep you coming back without making you progress, or make you progress without keeping you. Bunny aims for both: a rabbit that evolves when you hit real milestones, never guilt-tripping you. The starting audience: 18 to 30 year olds who dropped several fitness apps and want to get back into it; I’m one of them.

Decisions

• An Expo app, with a real Gemini model for the coach and for meal photo scanning.
• Barcodes read through Open Food Facts.
• Challenges between friends via a link, multi-week programs, local notifications.
• Positioning: Gemini tells you what to do, Bunny does it with you.

Result

An app I’m building, running as a local demo. Next step: testing it on phones with friends.

What’s not done yet

• Bunny isn’t released yet: no public build, no app store listing.
• Barely tested on a real phone so far.
